For new patients, please download and complete the

When you arrive, our staff will greet you and guide you to the waiting area. Mr. Bala encourages bringing a family member or close friend for support and to help you remember important information.
Please think about any questions you may have and write them down ahead of time to ensure you don’t forget to ask. If you need an interpreter, let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We will assist with scheduling any required tests or follow-up appointments. If surgery is recommended, Mr. Bala will thoroughly discuss it with you, and you will receive information containing details about your procedure, hospital admission information and anesthesia instructions.
Mr. Bala is happy to see patients without insurance for opinion. If surgery is needed, you may referred to the public system for further assessment, or in some cases, self-funded surgery may be an option.
